If any materials are discovered in the bag on tipping, we reserve the right to charge you for the handling and proper disposal of these items.

ASBESTOS : This material is extremely hazardous and must only be disposed of by a specialist contractor. If you have any doubt whether a material is asbestos, you should not handle it but should have it tested first.  If our driver suspects that asbestos has been placed in the skip/babyskip it will not be lifted under any circumstances and you will be charged for the call out. If asbestos is subsequently found in a skip/babyskip upon tipping, the full costs of its safe disposal as well as any costs associated with business interruption and materials contamination will be pursued against any company or individual.
